RSB Tournament Rules

-RSB Character sheets only.
-All characters start with maxed stats.
-Matches will be single elimination pairings.
-The new channeling rule will be in effect.
-Players can not change there sheets in anyway once the tournament starts.
-Players may have a 5 spell sideboard, spells in the SB can be switch out with your main list in between matches.
-Only RTR block, Rav block, and M13-M10 spells may be used. No custom spells.
-No starting Keywords
-No pets

Maxed stats? What is the max of all stats?
And if we lose once then we're out?
And what are the new channeling rules?

Memory:14

New channel rule.
All players channel first turns mana before the battle starts and channel no mana first turn.


And yes one lost and your out. This will be short so we can get a good feel if we can do Vs fights like this.
