A failed experiment of the praetors Jin-Gitaxias, Vorinclex, and Sheoldred to create a sentient phyrexian with a spark. The nameless one did indeed have a tainted spark and could spread the colonization oil, but the oil infused spark is haywire and it causes the horror to go insane and will burst into random brutal violence for no reason. It is usually a cunning opponent, planning and plotting, capable of mapping just with it's memory. The horror gets around new phyrexia terrorizing anything it can, most notable are it's attacks on every praetor, escaping without any injuries at all. It swears no allegience but can be called upon only by the father to aid in his matters. and even then, the father is nervous around the horror.
