Tail-Weaver is currently the Ruler of the Plane Kamigawa. He has left the Watchtower, but continues to keep in contact with Morg and the other members. He has acted, time and again in support of the Watchtower's activities where he can, and gives numerous resources to Kamigawan based agents.

He is also one of the few Soul-Parted inhabbitants of Kamigawa, an honor to share bodies with a kami, and is considered a god amongst men.

He originally came from Ravnica as a child, but was transported to Kamigawa to save him from Boros persecution.
