WT Mini-Arc: Quivering Tides and Betrayed Flames

Basic Plot: Zephraim and several watchtower members try to set up a rescue mission where the cinder scout, Ciaphas, who was last seen in Zephraim's old plane, has been kidnapped. As the WT members delve deeper into the unnatural land of Zorasthar, they find themselves pitted against the laws of reason itself, realizing that they live in a land where whatever belief you hold is true.

Setting: Zorasthar is a plane which holds a number of magically adept people, all of which are connected the the World-Ghost. Because of this connection, the world itself is controlled by the psyche of its inhabbitants. Because of this, many of the aspects of the world are controlled by the sub-consciousness of its people. And its is also because of this that the plane itself is dangerous, even to those adept neuromancers who have 'conquered' the mind.
