A Bunker Boy meeting a City Crawler

In the wastes near the cities (where most bunkers are) there are two kinds of people, Bunker Boys, who live in bunkers, and City Crawlers, people who use the ever dying skyscrapers as climbing places. Ace Lee (The Wizard) is a Bunker Boy, he woke up one day, bumping his head on the small ceiling, like always, then proceeding to change into uniform. He emerged from his room and was greeted by Private Henry Gurnt. Private Gurnt had been a Bunker Boy for his whole life, never seeing outside, but quick as a bullet, and as deadly too. "Morning Sir!" Private Gurnt said, awaiting Lee's answer.

Wizard rubbing his head turns to the Private.
"Good morning Private Gurnt, what is today's status report?"

"Nothing much, the usual. Though a City Crawler popped up, and he knows we are here! Can you believe that!? A civy knows we are here!" (a civy is a person outside of the UNW) "Come on, President Fin wants to speak to you" Lee lived in a bunker that held none other than President Samuel Fin. Gurnt walked down the hall only to be stopped by two men, one small, one large. "Looks like little Gurnty is short of memory" the bigger one said, lifting and pinning Gurnt to the wall, "We told Gurnty to not come down this hall way anymore" the smaller one said. The two idiots were Bo (the big one) and Ob (the small one, and yes thats their real names, their parents hated them.) they acted like, well, highschool bullies, always picking Gurnt as a target

Wizard puts both his hands behind his head and casually strolls over to the group.
"Now now boys lets play nice" he said, slowly walking behind Bo.

Bo drops Gurnt and turns to Lee "Oh yea!? And what are you going to do about it!?" Bo shoves Lee as he says this

Wizards eyes flash from soft to cold and narrow. He catches Bo's arm and twists it back kicking the back if his knees sending him down hard on his back.
His face turns back to a soft smile.
"I said play nice"

Ob feints "Tha-thank you sir...shall we go?"

Wizard returns both his hands behind his head and chuckles.
"Yes let us continue."

Gurnt goes forward, "I have a question for you" Gurnt continues forward and arrives at a door with a keypad, he enters a code and the door slides up, "How do you stay so calm?"

Wizard shrugs "Ehh getting all stressed out and worrying isn't going to help anything, so why bother? Especially in today's world"

"I suppose your right" Gurnt keeps walking and arrives at a door with the Presidential Seal on it, "Well, here ya are"

Wizard heads for the door.
"Ahh well nice chatting with ya, later.
Wizard puts his hand on the door and pushes in.

Lee entered a room with a desk in the middle and a guard on either side of it. The doors behind Lee shut and locked, two guards stand on either side of that too, "Ah, Lee, how goes it?" a man in a chair behind the desk asked. The man was none other than President Fin
